 A medical transmission sheet also combining a set of information and mnemonic means to allow optimal care of your victim. This sheet saves space in your equipment by avoiding the need to carry a balance sheet and a mnemonic sheet,
 while remaining accessible and readable as easily by a civilian as by a health professional.

 The sheet comes with an elastic band to allow you to quickly attach the sheet to your victim. As an option, a fine-point Sharpie is available to easily fill out this sheet. The sheet, A5 format, is made of card stock, not laminated as standard, so folding the sheet into your equipment is easier and more compact, and writing is possible with a wider range of pens.

 The grayed-out and pre-filled sections make it easier to understand the card when taking stock, while allowing the first aider to write over it with their pen/marker.

 The sheet is written in basic English so that it can be understood and used anywhere in the world.

 Transmission Sheet Detail:
 At the top of the sheet you will find a QR code allowing you to locate a defibrillator on an interactive open map (Project by OPEN EAD MAP).
 A witness can thus easily go to the necessary place, by flashing the QR code on his smartphone and thus gaining precious seconds. The vast majority of countries are covered by this interactive map, you can also easily add the new defibrillators installed.
 Then you will find at the top a reminder of the number of compressions per minute to achieve for cardiac massage as well as the European emergency number 112.

 The lower part allows you to note the essential elements for identifying the victim, as well as their emergency contact, medical history and allergies.

 Then you will find the support algorithm part. Whether your training is civilian or military, each algorithm is recalled in order to ensure a "backup" if necessary. The MARCHE logos also allow for quick and clear visual support if necessary.

 In addition, you will find the elements allowing an initial assessment of your victim, as well as a clear evaluation of these injuries thanks to the two large anatomical diagrams. In the event of a tourniquet being applied, a dedicated section allows you to note the time for each limb treated. The burn assessment scale is also provided to facilitate your calculation.
 (As a reminder, the victim's hand = approximately 1% injury).

 A reminder at the bottom also makes it possible to clearly note the evacuation priority in the event of triage. Visible and easily identifiable, this step is essential in situations involving many victims.

 With all of this information on the front panel, the major information is clearly visible to those involved in the rescue chain.

 In the back part, you will first find the identification of the accident / injury vector. Then a large part is devoted to the victim's constants in order to be able to reassess the latter regularly. In order to avoid any forgetfulness, the average constants of an adult man are recalled in green to facilitate your analysis.

 Finally, all the acts performed on your victim are easily identifiable in the treatment section in order to give a good understanding of the situation and acts performed during the transfer of your victim. Each item used can be checked giving a clear general visual of the acts performed.

 This section contains certain elements/materials/techniques reserved for health professionals from different medical professions. It is necessary to have the diplomas/training to carry out these. Never perform an action on a victim for which you are not trained or supervised by the laws that apply to the specific case.

 The lower part is also intended for medical professionals so that they can easily note the medications administered, the doses, the routes and times of administration.

 In addition, a wide strip allows you to annotate important additional elements to provide a complete view of your support.
